We make a tea party together. Bake a cake, and while it’s baking make and enjoy sandwiches and tea. Decorate the cake together and sing Happy Birthday!

These Portuguese delicacies are just like little flans infused with vanilla and citrus, and sprinkled with cinnamon. They are great as a snack with coffee or hot chocolate. Contain eggs, milk and butter.
This light cake is a Spanish favorite. The almond and citrus flavors blend in total harmony. Serve at breakfast with coffee, as it is done in northern Spain, or simply enjoy as an afternoon snack. Contains eggs.
A southern Portuguese favorite. Almond flour and shaved carrots give this cake a unique flavor. One slice and you’re sure to be captured by its complex flavors. A great complement to black tea. Contains eggs.
It is said that whoever takes a bite finds true love! This very light cake brings the flavors of the Middle East together in one simple bite – lemon and cardamom, rose and saffron, and to bring it all together, pistachios. It is a favorite, and can be beautifully adorned for a special event. Contains eggs and cream.
A light 8-inch layer cake filled with chocolate frosting, topped with raspberries, and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Vegan by request.
